Although, on the mod page, it says it wants the "All Spaces Unlockable" mod by S. 2nd year of making Manhattan Island in game, I keep getting sidetracked by the sights. On a quick test it seems the All Tiles Start unlocks all progressions by default and overrides the purchase part. however, it only unlocks the middle 9-tiles of the map, but if you subscribe to the tomdotio All Areas Purchasable it will unlock all 25 tiles on start of new map with no built-in mods enabled.

Okay, I double checked and the built-in unlock milestones mod allowed me to purchase the tiles, which meant I needed unlimited money as well.īut I was using this All Tiles Start mod and it didn't need any other mods to unlock all tiles from the start. Maybe it's something new from one of the patches? This wont unlock all the tiles when a previous game is.

Strange this isn't mentioned in any of the mods. Extremely simple mod for Cities: Skylines to unlock all available tiles at start of a new game.
